RETURNS

Request a return within 15 days of delivery through your customer account. Returns are refunded; no direct size exchanges. Our return service costs €5 for Italy or €15 for other EU countries, deducted from the refund. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
