These terms govern consumer purchases from the CRISTIANZEROTRE European online store, including its Italian version. The terms in force when the order is placed apply to that order. You may save or print them.

2. Products, prices and orders

Product pages describe the essential characteristics, available options and prices. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Before submitting an order with an obligation to pay, check the items, size, delivery address, total price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and payment method displayed in the purchase process. Correct any errors before confirming.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. To request a correction or cancellation before dispatch, contact online@cristianzerotre.com promptly; fulfilment may already be in progress. This does not affect your right of withdrawal.

3. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping policy for destinations, costs and estimated preparation and transit times. Goods are dispatched from Italy. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days of conclusion of the contract. Your statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us. Please report damaged packaging or incorrect items promptly to help us investigate; failing to note a reservation with the carrier does not remove your statutory rights.

4. Returns and withdrawal

We offer 15 days from receipt to request a return through your customer account. Returns are refunded; direct size exchanges are not offered. Our Return policy explains the procedure, applicable return costs, withdrawal notice and refund timing. It preserves your statutory right of withdrawal and remedies for non-conforming goods.

5. Legal guarantee

Goods are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, including at least two years from delivery for EU consumers. For non-conforming goods, you may request repair or replacement without charge, subject to the conditions established by law. A proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract is available in the cases provided by law. Contact online@cristianzerotre.com for assistance. The absence of commercial size exchanges does not exclude these remedies.

6. Website and personal data

Use the website lawfully and respect the intellectual property rights in its content. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; the seller of the products is CRISTIANZEROTRE S.R.L.

7. Applicable law and complaints

Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Jurisdiction is determined by mandatory consumer protection rules; these terms do not require consumers to bring proceedings exclusively at our registered office. Send complaints to online@cristianzerotre.com. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Updates

Changes apply to future purchases and do not alter the terms applicable to orders already placed. Seller details are also available in our Legal notice.
